Homework is given to provide students with additional practice when learning a new concept. Students will receive class time to work on assignments. When assignments are not completed in class, the work will be completed at home. 

Math homework assignments will be taken as a completion grade. If the student completes the math assignment and turns it in the day it is due, they will receive 100%. If the student completes the math assignment, but turns it in one day late, 10% will be deducted. Any math assignment that is more than one day late can be turned in for up to 70% until the end of the chapter.
